Being a gym phobic yet wanting to get fit and lose weight I decided to try something new.... Bootcamp!
After the first session I wondered what I had let myself in for. The day after my first session when the pain kicked in I was unsure if I would ever walk again. On the plus side I had an amazing instructor, Glenn. With his support, motivation and encouragement I continued attending and he helped me to stay on track and to achieve my fitness and weight loss goals. Glenn is extremely knowledgeable on fitness and diet. Each session is challenging and I have an enormous sense of accomplishment at the end. He makes hard work and pain fun. I never thought I would ever say it but I actually enjoy the sessions. With Glenn's help and support I achieved my weight loss goal in a short space of time shedding over 3 stones and becoming fitter. I would not have been able to stay on track without Glenn's coaching and encouragement. I would not have been able to do it on my own. Glenn is dedicated, positive, client focused and was able to motivate me. I can thoroughly recommend working with Glenn I am so happy with the results I achieved through their help and support.
