Performance Training Is operated by Glenn Coburn. Glenn has been qualified as a personal trainer for the past eight years, whilst also working as a Project Manager for an international charity. He understands the time and lifestyle constraints that each individual has, and can provide a solution that will help you achieve your goals whether it is to get fit, lose weight or tone up, Glenn has the experience, knowledge and can do attitude to get you there.
Glenn has worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds, specialising in fat/weight loss, improve muscle tone and strength. With a background in Strength and Conditioning, training in specialist disciplines including older adults, group exercise, kettlebells, high intensity training and outdoor bootcamp, Glenn is able to design a fun session based around your interests and needs to keep you motivated and reaching your goals. Additional nutritional and lifestyle support is provided to help you make the right choice and keep the results coming.
Glenn is also a qualified tutor, teaching the next generation of personal trainers the skills required to excel in the industry and provide clients with the results they desire.
Glenn has written fitness courses including High Intensity Training and Advanced Kettlebells and featured in fitness magazines including Women’s Running and Ultra-Fit.
