Personal Training is not just an hour long session, at Performance Training we provide nutrition and lifestyle support to help you outside of the training session. We offer a number of packages to suit your needs and remember you can try us out with a free consultation. It is recommended to allow a minimum of 6-12 weeks (12-36 sessions) to start to see results, we are looking to make long lasting changes so training 1 - 4 times a week (including working out on your own) will be needed, although the results will be a lot loner lasting.

A 60 minute consultation to identify your starting point related to fitness levels, nutrition and training preferences and how Performance Training can take you to your goal in the most efficient way. It will include some practical elements to let you try out Performance Training and the methods used to achieve your goal.

A tailored plan to meet you training needs, weather you are looking to lose fat, build muscle or have a sporting goal, a 4-12 week plan will assist you. The plan will account for your lifestyle, shopping budget, preferences and allergies with regular contact to assist you and adjust if required.
Personalised training programme
A personalised training programme, designed to the required time-frame to meet your goal, weather it is to lose weight, tone up or build muscle. The periodised plan will include the most appropriate exercise selection, accounting for the equipment available, your preference of training environment and time available.
Online coaching to keep you on track towards your goals, each option includes a training plan to follow and this also offers you the option to have your technique checked from the comfort of your home. Each session last for one hour, with support available around the clock.
